3.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phgreat48 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phgreat48 uses this information for identity verification and to comply with applicable regulations.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgreat48 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phgreat48 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify phgreat48 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phgreat48 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.5 phgreat48 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
4.1 All transactions on phgreat48 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phgreat48 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the phgreat48 payments page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 phgreat48 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the phgreat48 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.4 Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. phgreat48 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
4.5 phgreat48 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. phgreat48 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.6 phgreat48 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.1 phgreat48 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 phgreat48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, phgreat48 will provide reasonable notice before making material changes to the applicable terms.
5.4 Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
5.5 phgreat48 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting activity constitutes bonus abuse.
6.1 All bets placed on phgreat48 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and other parameters before confirming a wager.
6.2 phgreat48 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phgreat48 or any third party.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgreat48 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. phgreat48 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 For sports betting markets, phgreat48 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on phgreat48. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be updated from time to time.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phgreat48 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
7.2 phgreat48 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including but not limited to the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR.
8.1 phgreat48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or has engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
8.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, phgreat48 may forfeit any remaining balance, including both real money funds and bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the player.
8.3 Players may voluntarily close their phgreat48 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
8.4 phgreat48 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraud, security incidents, or regulatory inquiries. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals.
9.1 phgreat48 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phgreat48 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 phgreat48's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 phgreat48 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider failures.
10.1 phgreat48 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on phgreat48, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 phgreat48 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phgreat48 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phgreat48 customer support for informal resolution. phgreat48 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent phgreat48 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
